RETURN POLICY

Due to Michelle's Inc. having a storefront location & fitting rooms available, we issue Store credit For ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY.

 

Orders on Clothing and Shoes ONLY are eligible for exchange if we receive them within 10 days of the purchase date with receipt and original tags attached. No returns are accepted on jewelry, sale merchandise, holiday items, makeup, hats or accessories. Original shipping fees are non-refundable & return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Damaged items are valid for an in-store credit only. Damages to items must be reported prior to wearing the garment with the original tags still in place. Michelle's Inc. is not responsible for lost packages or tampered packages.
